Appointed as Conservation Architect to the THI framework and subsequently appointed to complete two projects for private building owners.

• This £4 million grant-aided initiative aims to revitalise Prescot town centre through the restoration and repair of key historic buildings.
• Acted as client’s agent, architect, and contract administrator and planning consultant on the projects, including ground floor retail with rented residential accommodation above.
• The projects included major structural repairs, extensive restoration of facing brick and stonework and new timber shop fronts designed in accordance with heritage principles.
