Landscape team support planning submission at Westhoughton.

Cass Associates provided urban design, masterplanning and landscape services to support an application for 300 houses on land to the east of Westhoughton on behalf of Persimmon Homes and Harcourt Developments.  We also produced the display boards for the public consultation event in November 2014 which was attended by members of our planning and landscape team.  Tasks included developing the masterplan, producing the landscape strategy and design, undertaking the Landscape Visual Impact Assessment for the Environmental Statement and producing the Design and Access Statement for the proposals.
