Planning team secure new homes approval in Fylde

On 29 July we secured reserved matters approval for Barratt Homes.  The site will be developed for 180 dwellings (54 of which are affordable homes), with public open space, landscaping and access roads.  We provided planning consultancy services through to determination.  The application was granted within the 12 week target period at Fylde Council’s Development Management Committee on 29 July attended by our Planning Partner Peter Hamilton.
