Continuing Involvement in One of the Largest Regeneration Projects in the UK.

We have maintained a continuous involvement for over 15 years providing planning, masterplanning, landscape design and urban design services.

The former Royal Ordnance site near to Glasgow Airport is almost 1,000 hectares in extent.  The ongoing investment to transform the site into a mixed use community growth area represents one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK.

The project is well underway and our role is as strong as ever.  We represent BAE Systems who is the site owner and principal developer involved in land remediation, the provision of infrastructure and the delivery of community facilities including an extensive green infrastructure framework.  We work as a key member of the project delivery team involved with infrastructure, landscape and planning matters.  We also liaise regularly with the four house developers who are currently active on the site providing guidance on how individual parcels of housing are integrated into a wider masterplan framework.  This is a regeneration project on an exceptional scale and we are fully committed to assisting with its delivery.
