Cass Associates have been appointed to carry out extensive restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the Rodney Street Conservation Area near the centre of Liverpool.

Commissioned by a private client to restore the property to its original use as a single private dwelling, the project involves substation remodeling and repair using traditional craft techniques. A number of historical features of the property have been uncovered throughout the process.

Having successfully negotiated planning and listed building consents, Cass Associates are now acting as Contract Administrator throughout the construction phase, being carried out by Aura Conservation.

The project is due for completion in early 2018.

Architects and Landscape Architects at Cass Associates have also been appointed to design a comprehensive interior scheme, bespoke kitchen, garden remodeling and an orangery at the property.
