Toxteth Fire Fit has been officially opened, with Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson and The Lord Mayor Cllr Sharon Sullivan both in attendance to help mark the occasion.

Cass Associates provided architecture, landscape, planning and interior design services for the £5.2 million prototype hub, which is housing a fire and ambulance station, community and sporting facilities as well as a base for Everton Free School.

The Firefit centre has been built to meet BREEAM Very Good standards.

Wates Construction was the lead contractor with Cass Associaties as lead consultant offering multi-disciplinary services in architecture, planning and landscape architecture services.
